- Custom grille insert that fits the 2005 - 2011 Toyota Tacoma. Fits all trim models.
- Built to order - grille will ship approximately 1-2 weeks from the order date. If you request a preview drawing prior to cutting out the grille, you’ll receive that via email or text within 1-2 business days after ordering.
- Grille insert is CNC laser cut from .100” 5052 marine grade aluminum, with stainless steel hardware. Will not rust.
- MADE IN THE USA - these are built from scratch at our shop in North Carolina.
- Grille insert will require cutting and drilling of the stock grille to install. Instructions are included. If you have any questions during the install, feel free to contact us and we’ll walk you through it. This insert is made to fit an OEM grille surround.
- Your choice of custom LED light up lettering. If you have a specific font (such as cursive) or a logo in mind, that can also be done. For logos please contact us prior to ordering, as not all logos transfer well to laser cutting.
- The RGBW option comes with a bluetooth controller, allowing you to change the color to whatever you choose. White, green, orange, purple, etc.
- We can NOT do Toyota trademarks such as "TOYOTA", "TACOMA", "TRD", or their logos. Please do not ask. We can however cut “TACO” or “YOTA” if you’re interested.
- Flat rate ground shipping for the continental US at $35. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska runs at $85. If you’re having this delivered internationally, please contact us for a quote prior to ordering. We typically ship with UPS ground, if you have a specific courier request please let us know.
- While you can pay for faster shipping, this does not lower the estimated build time of 1-2 weeks.
- Finish choices:
- Powder coat - two-stage matte black or gloss black powder coating, or your choice of a custom powder coat color.
- Paint matching - we’ll match it to the paint code of your truck with top of the line PPG primer, paint, and clear coat. Please understand that you will be installing this grille on a truck that has 20+ year old paint - the match might not be 100% perfect.
- Bare metal finish / prepped for paint - choose this option if you’d like to do your own paint, powder coat, or polishing. Grille will come as uncoated aluminum, with some sanding done to remove any marks from fabrication. You will need to finish the sanding and prepwork prior to coating.
- Mirror polish - grille will come as mirror polished aluminum. This is an incredibly labor intensive process, hence the price increase. Polished aluminum will easily show scratches and marks while also being more susceptible to corrosion. This will require regular upkeep by the customer with aluminum sealant and waxes to ensure a long lasting finish.

- Lifetime structural warranty
- Applies only to the original owner of the grille. Only covers manufacturer defects. Does NOT cover damage from accidents, abuse, incorrect installations, etc.
- 3 year coverage for paint and powder coat
- This only covers manufacturer defects. Warranty does NOT cover damage from rock chips, accidents, etc. A quick guide to maximizing the life of your chosen coating is included.
- Returns
- This is a one-off specific item ordered by you. Grilles with custom lettering may only be returned due to manufacturer defects or if an incorrect order is provided. The customer must make a return request within 14 days of receiving the grille.
- Shipping damage
- All grilles ship insured. Although our products are heavily wrapped to ensure a smooth transit, shipping couriers are known to be rough with packages. If shipping damage does occur, we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the package so that we can file a claim with the courier.
- If a shipping damage claim is accepted, a replacement will be built for you and a return label sent so that you can return the damaged piece. We must receive the damaged return prior to shipping out the new grille, to avoid fraudulent claims. While it may be frustrating when this happens, please be assured that we’ll get you a replacement as fast as possible.
- To file a shipping damage claim, the following must be emailed to the manufacturer at cuttingedgeoffroad@gmail.com
- Clear pictures of all six sides of the shipping box
- Pictures of how the grille was wrapped
- Picture of the shipping label
- Picture(s) of the damage to the grille
- Customer contact information. Name, phone number, and email.
- This information will allow us to file a claim with the courier and recoup some of our losses due to the damage.
